工作原理: Working Principle 粉狀絮凝劑干粉人工加入到干粉料斗中,先經干粉料斗頂部過濾網過濾后,由干粉給料機內部的螺旋給料桿將藥粉輸送到加熱漏斗內。高壓風機輸出的高速氣流使文氏管三通內形成負壓,可將藥劑由加熱漏斗吸入輸送管路并沿管路送達水藥預混器中,在水幕的保護下藥粉最終到達攪拌桶。 在經過充分攪拌后,系統判斷AB兩個哪一個為缺料區,進而控制相應的轉排控制閥打開,藥液進入儲存桶熟化并儲存。轉排完后,進水控制閥打開進入到下一制備過程。儲存桶內存儲的藥液,經螺桿泵在系統控制下將適量藥液輸送到加藥點。 Flocculant powder is artificial added to the powder hopper.Firstly, flocculant powder is filtered by top of the powder hopper, and then transmitted to the heating funnel by the screw feeding. High pressure fan output high-speed airflow make the venturi tee formed the negative pressure, therefore the agent is sucked to the transfer pipe from heating funnel and then delivered to the premixer of water and medicine, finally, powder reach agitating vessel. After fully mixed, the system will judge which one is lacking material area, A or B? and then control the opening of the corresponding controlling valve,the liquid medicine will be pushed into the storage barrel for aging and storage.
