工作原理: Working Principle 利用流體的浮力,實現物料按密度分層。 在物料分選過程中,重介質分兩部分打入分選槽中,一部分由底部介質入口進入,在分選槽中形成上升介質流,用于物料按照不同密度的分層;另一部分從入料側兩個部位給入,形成水平介質流。物料在水平介質流和上升介質流的綜合作用下,在分選槽中按密度得到分選,浮在介質上面的輕物料順著入料方向從輕產物口排出,重產物沉入槽體下方由刮板將重物料排出,完成對物料的分選。 Using the fluid buoyancy to realize the material layering according to different density. During the material separation process, two parts of dense medium are separately fed into vessel, one part is through medium inlet under the bottom of vessel and form the rising medium flow, the other part will be fed through 2 positions of feed inlet and become the horizontal medium flow. Under the action of rising medium flow and horizontal medium flow, material is separated according to different density. Light material floating above the medium is discharged from light product outlet along the feeding direction, the sinking heavy product is discharged by scraper blade.
